01About E-Pairokar

E-Pairokar is a legal coordination platform available at www.epairokar.com and is a product of Artify Minds Lab Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U85500UP2024PTC213004), with its registered office at C-46, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201002, India (“E-Pairokar”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

All services offered on the website, all Service Proposals, all payments and all invoices are provided, received and issued by Artify Minds Lab Pvt. Ltd.. In these terms, “you” means any person who visits the website, creates an account, submits a case, makes a payment, or lists a profile as an advocate.

02Acceptance & eligibility

By using the website, signing in with your mobile number, accepting a Service Proposal or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Service Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you act for another person or for an organisation (for example a family member or a company), you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

03Our services

E-Pairokar provides legal coordination services (“pairvi”) for litigants. Depending on the package you choose, this includes:

• understanding your matter and documents, and preparing a Service Proposal with scope, advocate tier, fees and installment schedule;
• engaging an independent advocate from the E-Pairokar panel for your court and matter, briefing the advocate and coordinating with them;
• following every hearing, sharing the next date, the outcome and copies of orders and filings with you;
• case tracking on the website with your Customer ID, and updates by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email;
• the public Advocate Directory, where advocates may list information about themselves free of charge.

The exact services for your matter are those written in the Service Proposal you accept. Packages and prices shown on the website are for the courts and matter types listed there.

04We are not a law firm

E-Pairokar is not a law firm and does not practise law. Legal advice and representation in court are given only by enrolled advocates, who act independently and are bound by the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Bar Council of India Rules. Nothing on this website is legal advice, an advertisement or a solicitation by any advocate.

Courts decide cases. Neither E-Pairokar nor any advocate can promise a particular result, a date of disposal, or the outcome of any hearing, and no fee is linked to a result.

05Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your phone and OTPs private; activity after a correct OTP is treated as yours.
• When you engage us, you get a Customer ID for tracking your case. Do not share it with people who should not see your case.
• Give correct and complete information, and tell us promptly about any change in your contact details or your case.

06Packages, fees & taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Package prices shown on the website include GST unless stated otherwise.
• A package covers our coordination and the professional fee of the advocate tier you choose for the stages described. Court fees, stamp duty, filing and certified-copy charges, travel and other out-of-pocket expenses are extra and are paid at actuals, after informing you.
• Your Service Proposal states the total fee, the installments and the stage at which each installment is due. Nothing is payable beyond the proposal unless you agree to it in writing (including by accepting a revised proposal).
• Offers and discounts (for example a first-case discount) apply only as described with the offer, may be limited in number or time, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A GST invoice is issued by Artify Minds Lab Pvt. Ltd. for every payment and is available in your dashboard.

07Online payments

• Online payments on E-Pairokar are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets, as offered on the payment page. Payments are received by Artify Minds Lab Pvt. Ltd..
• Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and net-banking password are entered on Cashfree's secure page and are never seen or stored by E-Pairokar. We only receive the payment status, amount, mode and reference number.
• A payment is complete only when it is confirmed by Cashfree. If money is debited but the payment fails, it is normally reversed automatically to your account by your bank — see the Refund Policy.
• Installments are due when the stage stated in your Service Proposal is reached. If an installment remains unpaid, we may pause the services for that stage after informing you; we are not responsible for any consequence of a pause caused by non-payment.
• Payment-gateway charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

08Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time. What is refunded depends on how much work has already been done — the full rules, timelines and how to ask for a refund are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In brief: a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment and before work has started; after that, a refund of amounts paid for stages that have not started; amounts already paid to courts or third parties on your behalf are not refundable.

09Service delivery

Our services are delivered digitally and through the advocate in court — nothing is shipped. Timelines for proposals, activation and updates are given in our Service Delivery Policy. Court dates, adjournments and orders are decided by the court and are outside our control.

10Your responsibilities

• Share true facts and genuine documents. You are responsible for the documents and information you give us and the advocate.
• Respond to requests for documents, signatures, affidavits or attendance in time, and attend court when the court requires you personally.
• Pay installments as per your Service Proposal.
• Do not contact or pay the engaged advocate outside the arrangement in your Service Proposal for the same work, without telling us.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

11Advocates, panel & directory

E-Pairokar Panel

Panel advocates are independent advocates whom E-Pairokar engages on its clients' cases. The advocate for your matter is confirmed in your Service Proposal. E-Pairokar takes responsibility for negligence on the part of any advocate it engages on your behalf, subject to the terms of your Service Proposal.

Advocate Directory

• The directory is an information listing. Profiles are written by the advocates themselves after verifying their mobile number and giving their consent. Listing is free; E-Pairokar takes no fee from advocates for being listed and does not recommend or endorse any listed advocate.
• The order of advocates on the website follows court level and user reviews; it is not a ranking of merit.
• Any engagement with a directory advocate is directly between you and that advocate, unless you engage the advocate through an E-Pairokar Service Proposal.
• An advocate listing a profile confirms that the information is true, that they are enrolled with a State Bar Council, and that the profile complies with the Bar Council of India Rules (no claims of results, no solicitation). We may edit, hide or remove any profile that does not.

12Reviews & content you post

• Only signed-in website users can review a directory advocate, one review per advocate. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience; they are the reviewer's opinion and not E-Pairokar's.
• Do not post abusive, defamatory, false or confidential information, or anything about a pending case that could harm any party. We may hide reviews that break these rules.
• By posting content you allow us to display it on the website. Reviewers are shown by first name and initial only.

13Intellectual property

The E-Pairokar name, logo, website design, text, brochures and software belong to Artify Minds Lab Pvt. Ltd.. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Documents you give us remain yours.

14Prohibited use

You must not: impersonate anyone; submit forged documents; try to access another person's account or case; scrape or copy advocate data in bulk; upload malware; interfere with the website's security; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

15Limitation of liability

• E-Pairokar acts as a coordinator between litigants and advocates. We are not liable for the decisions of any court or authority, or for delays caused by courts, adjournments, strikes or other events outside our control.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a matter is limited to the fees you paid to us for that matter in the six months before the claim.
• The website is provided “as is”; we try to keep it available and correct but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

16Indemnity

You agree to compensate Artify Minds Lab Pvt. Ltd. for loss caused by your breach of these terms, by false information or documents you provide, or by content you post.

17Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account, or stop work on a matter, if these terms are broken, if payments remain unpaid after reminders, or if continuing would be unlawful or unethical — after informing you where possible. Refunds on termination follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

18Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 15 days through our grievance process. If that fails, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, in English. Subject to this, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

19Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules under it and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can reach our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receipt.

20Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a Service Proposal you have already accepted, except where required by law.
