Founder, E-PairokarEvery platform has a "why." Ours began with a personal crisis.
Mr. Sharma, a businessman and owner of an educational institute, was shaken when a close friend was arrested in a fraud case. Convinced his friend had been falsely implicated, Mr. Sharma resolved to do whatever it took to secure his release — even as the case spiralled into approximately 300 FIRs registered across six states and roughly 50 districts.
Fighting that battle meant doing two things at once: raising funds from friends who believed in his friend's innocence, and engaging capable lawyers across multiple jurisdictions — lawyers who were both competent and affordable.
It took nearly ten years to fight that legal battle, almost single-handedly. Along the way, Mr. Sharma learned three hard truths:
- Not everyone in jail is a criminal.
- A person's world collapses the moment they enter jail, cut off from every resource they once had.
- Professionalism and accountability are often missing in the legal profession — and clients pay the price.
That experience led Mr. Sharma to pursue a law degree at the age of 45. He completed his LLB in 2026, driven by a vision: to bring professionalism and accountability into legal practice through a platform he called E-Pairokar.
