01Nothing is shipped
E-Pairokar, a product of Artify Minds Lab Pvt. Ltd., provides legal coordination services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping, courier or delivery charge. Where an original document has to be handed over, we arrange it with you directly and at no extra cost unless agreed in your Service Proposal.
02How services are delivered
- Online — your Service Proposal, case status, hearing dates, orders, documents and invoices in your E-Pairokar dashboard (Track Case with your Customer ID).
- By phone and email — your Pairokar (relationship manager) keeps you informed after every hearing.
- In court — the advocate engaged for you appears in court as set out in your Service Proposal.

04Where we serve
We serve the courts listed on our Services page and on the Advocates page, in India. Services are available to clients anywhere in India and abroad for matters before those courts.
05Court timelines
Hearing dates, adjournments, listing of matters and orders are decided by the court. Delays caused by the court, court holidays, lawyers' strikes or other events outside our control are not delays in our service, and we keep you informed throughout.
06Documents & invoices
All documents we prepare or receive for your case and every GST invoice issued by Artify Minds Lab Pvt. Ltd. are available to download from your dashboard. You can also ask us to email them to your registered email address.
07If something is late
If you have not received an update or document within the times above, call +91 92682 23344 or email contact@epairokar.com. If a paid stage is not delivered because of our fault, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
